STEAK PLUS for 3 AM BREAKFAST @ Timog, QC
It was 2 am today when I ordered on line at Wendy’s for spaghetti for mhine & me, with big taco salad, and super value cheeseburger only to learn from their staff upon calling for confirmation that they don’t have anymore spaghetti and taco salad during that time. Disappointing I was, in as much as I don’t want to go out and dine somewhere, I was attacked by sudden capriciousness to invite Marlone out to STEAK PLUS learning to miss their appetizers and pasta. Guilty of how much it costs us (again)…I am up to now trying to convince myself not to regret that moment because aside from it is my favorite resto, it’s for us.. and I have pampered myself AGAIN before the end of the world. (Lolz!..)

Nachos - I requested to make separate bowls for each of the toppings and dip, I don’t like the tacos to be mixed with the salsa, I want to preserve its crispiness.
Rib Eye Penne - It was supposed to be seafood penne, but they ran out of squid so they suggested the Rib Eye sauce for the penne. (Ribe eye actually is made out with linguine but I just insisted to have penne still for my pasta since they don’t have the seafood toppings for it)

Those weren’t able to take in pictures because Marlone started to eat already when tacos and penne were served already. I also don’t want to wait for the other food so Marlone & I shared the first servings.

April Fool’s Day Cravings
My appetite was crying for a crepe last Friday for a dinner. My last meal was 4am the same day and yet I was only craving for a crepe. I searched on line where is the nearest branch of Crepes & Cremes or Crazy About Crepes from our place. And there I saw Manila Midtown Mall where Marlone & I rushed to at 7:40 pm thinking it closes at 9 and good thing it’s not but 10pm so we still have time to stroll along and bought our very first canon remote for timer shots and the best thing I had that night (aside from crepes) is the F & H summer long cover up gown which I still don’t know when & where I will first wear it. I just soo love it.
Not to forget to mention PIADINA ITALIANA where we dine in for dinner..no plans but when I saw the menu, there we went through. I will surely go back there and try their other best sellers. Got a new pink summer hat also. I can see how much frowning my husband did for all the expenses made that night in just 2 hours. Lol!

Stuck up because of something…gotta move on soon. This month is my parents’ month. Why? Mama’s birthday is Apr. 9, Papa’s birthday is Apr. 14 and Mama’s death anniversary too. Got to do something for it , sort of a memorial gathering or dinner, or afternoon lunch with Sydd (my brother) with the whole family. As much as possible no time for vacation, I have to end this month productively and successfully A lot of renewals, moving in, new productions towards better financial freedom are just some of the few errands I’ll be coping up with.
Despite of it all, amidst everything that’s quite not good, and for all the blessings we continuously receive, my deepest gratitude will always be forwarded to our Dear God! My good luck way of welcoming APRIL. A Blessed Fool’s Day everyone!
INSANE SIDE OF ME!!!
Hoping for a last minute clemency to be granted to the 3 Filipinos scheduled to death sentence today. It’s a pinch in my heart I feel learning how their families grieve having a definite mind torture for these last few hours knowing their loved one will be forced to death any moment from now.
I just don’t know how to handle this if I were in their case. Although it is certain that all of us will go through the same path sooner or later, still it is unmanageable for me that we have laws like this ending lives like that for I don’t think that it can reform mankind better.
I just offered my prayers last night for them and for the others who are still in the death row particularly Filipinos. Some of them surely doesn’t know they’ve come up to this big time consequence ever in their lives but that’s how fate played with us thus, this might serve as another case to learn from and be cautious to each people we encounter, and be very decisive before doing or pursuing any transactions we are uncertain of. Lord thy will be done for these 3 Filipinos. (Heart aching)

CHAPSTICK (the green one) - for my lip protection. If I applied a lipstick on my lips, eventually I’ll be having chapped and cracked lips which is quite painful and uncomfortable, so I’d die without my chapstick.
NEUTROGENA/DOVE WET WIPES - the only thing I use to remove my make up
